Study Task 05 - Write a brief (practical)

I have decided to look at the cosmetic and beauty industry as I used this as examples in my essay and within primary research. I also think it is something heavily gendered as opposed to say food packaging.

Brief Title: Gender fluid packaging

Brief:

Create and design a range of skincare that would appeal to everyone whether they are cis or queer.

Background/ considerations:

Keep the design minimal and really focus on the use of colour, type and layout.
Any kind of cosmetic (perfume, shampoo, face wash etc).

Deliverables:

At least 4 different products designed and mocked up
Blog posts
Design boards explaining the process

Mandatory requirements:

The design must feature no gender stereotyping.
